Psychic Reading Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions around my readings:
- Online readings (Email and Photo) will be completed within 48 hours of the payment being cleared at my bank and/or PayPal confirmation. Once this has been confirmed back to you (via email) I will then confirm back to your the date and time I will be starting your reading.
- Whatsapp readings are completed on a “first come, first served” basis and will only be answered once payment has cleared my account
- In the absence of a mobile number, Whatsapp readings will be answered to the email address provided.
- Readings will NOT be carried out on weekends or Public Holidays as observed by the UK and SA. If you book your reading and payment is not cleared by the weekend or Public Holiday, your reading will then be completed within 48 hours after the weekend OR Public holiday is concluded.
- Deposits for in-person consultations are non-refundable as I need to pre-book the location for each consultation. If for any reason you need to change I will make every effort to re-book you into the next available slot or make alternative arrangements.
- In-person Consultations. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours of the date of the reading are still subject to full payment of the reading and any associated travel costs. Refunds (less bank charges) where 72 hours or more are given will need to be requested in writing to email@example.com
- Refund on any online readings/WhatsApp will not be made unless a) I have not completed the reading within the timeframes we have agreed, b) I have advised I will not be carrying out your reading. Any refunds are subject to bank charges.
- If I ask for additional information for the reading please do so as soon as possible as any delay in providing any additional information will delay your reading.
- I do not offer free readings! I charge purely for my time to do the readings and any work associated with it such as connection and preparation. If you want a free reading please look elsewhere.
- WhatsApp questions are charged per question – subsequent questions from reading are also chargeable.
- Failure to arrive for a reading without notification is subject to full payment still being made and is non-refundable.
- If you are going to be late for a reading please contact 0790-966-216 as a courtesy so that I can manage the readings and ensure your placement.
- Credits purchased from this site can be used for readings on this site only and not for in-person readings
- Payment will NOT be made for any outstanding credits remaining on your account. Remaining credits can be used for readings and if not enough credits in your account available simply purchase a new credit pack to the number of credits required for said reading.
- Credits may not be used in any other conjunction or service unless otherwise advertised.
- Any credit issues must be addressed in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org with full details of the dispute in question
