What are Past Life Readings

On one of my recent Radio Paranormal Show, I was asked about past lives and more importantly to discuss Past Life Regression.

Know if you had a past life can sometime be determined by key aspects to your life such as:

Dreams / Nightmares – Do you have recurring or even vivid dreams? You know where the dream seems so real you actually think you are there.

Birthmarks – Sometimes birthmarks might indicate past live incidents. In one fascinating case, an Indian boy claimed to remember the life of a man named Maha Ram, who was killed with a shotgun fired at close range. This boy had an array of birthmarks in the center of his chest that looked like they could possibly correspond to a shotgun blast.

So the story was checked out. Indeed, there was a man named Maha Ram who was killed by a shotgun blast to the chest. An autopsy report recorded the man’s chest wounds — which corresponded directly with the boy’s birthmarks.

DÉJÀ VU – Most of us have experienced the eerie feeling of – the sudden, surprising feeling that an event we are going through at the moment has happened exactly this way before

what are past life readings

People can have up to as many as 7 past lives, but the most recent tends to be the more significant for what may (or may not) be going on in your current life.

Having past life regression is possible but comes with a warning. Make sure that the person doing this is not going to give you suggestive thoughts which you feel are yours. And always go for a second opinion especially if you are not 100% convinced.

A good therapist should take you through some basic question and answers, before, during and after each session, as well as give you a complete breakdown of the session for you to go through.

My biggest advice is to keep a dream journal and use this to make notes of your dreams.

Top tip : When you awake from your dream, make your notes in your journal straight away and keep it to strict bullet points and keywords. Trust me if you think you will remember you dream when you go back to sleep…you wont.

Finally do not take everything on face value. Question and ask – after all its your past life you want to discover!
